Amazing location just next door to the lake, Queenstown for a work trip and the centre, and the room was stylish. Amicable staff ensured a very special stay of surprises along the stay that made our trip so magic. Really enjoyed views towards lake and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows offered by the apartment. Had bathtubs. They offered us lots of options for breakfast, it was generous.

The location was perfect, just a short walk into the heart of Queenstown center and all the adventures that the region has to offer. We loved being able to easily explore the area and try out activities like ecotours and mountain biking. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the lake and mountains providing a stunning backdrop. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a fantastic family stay. Ingrid and her team were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even providing delicious breakfast supplies daily. We truly felt well taken care of and had such a special experience. We will definitely be returning to Stay of Queenstown in the future!
For families with children, it would be great to have some more kid-friendly activities or amenities available.

Unobstructed majestic views across the lake to the mountains beyond truly took my breath away. It felt like I was standing in a postcard, completely immersed in the stunning natural beauty of Queenstown. The uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range were simply awe-inspiring. I couldn't get enough of gazing at the crystal-clear waters and the majestic peaks. It was like living in a fairytale!
Traffic noise from being right up against 6 Frankton Road.

Stay Of Queenstown is an excellent choice for business travelers like myself. Our director made a great decision by selecting this hotel. Stay has successfully combined the beauty of the outdoors with a relaxing atmosphere, creating the perfect balance for a productive stay. The facilities were impressive, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip to Queenstown.
The only minor drawback I experienced during my stay was the thin walls between rooms.

The apartment we stayed in was beautifully furnished with modern furniture and stylish decor. the comfortable bedding and luxurious linens made for a cozy and relaxing stay. We also loved the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, like the fully appointed kitchen, robes, and even a sewing kit. the well-stocked pantry for breakfast each morning was a lovely bonus. the views from the apartment were breathtaking, offering a stunning backdrop of mountains and lakes.
The only minor downside was the occasional noise from the living area above and next door. this did not significantly impact our overall experience and was a minor inconvenience at most.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were lovely, with beautiful floral arrangements and comfortable seating areas throughout. It was a pleasure to sit and chat with the other senior guests in the welcoming communal spaces. As a senior woman, I also appreciated that the hotel had good accessibility, with handrails and spacious hallways that made it easy for me to navigate.
If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be for the staff to be a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes, it felt like they were busy with their own tasks and didn't always prioritize assistance for us.

Personally, I wasn't too fond of the air conditioning. But hey, that's just me.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Stay Of. The Milford Suite offered stunning lake and mountain views, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to town and close to bus stops. The suite itself was immaculate and had everything we needed, including breakfast supplies and treats like wine. The food variety provided was excellent, with fresh and nutritious options. The outdoor seating settings were a nice touch, and the mural in the carpark added to the aesthetic. a wonderful experience and hands down better than any hotel room.
